This programme provides daily messages of support and inspiration along with mini meditations and guided actions to help you build the habit of commitment to your mental and emotional health and wellbeing.
I will guide you every day to find time and space to listen to your internal wisdom, raise your energy levels and create moments of peace in an otherwise busy day. You can also access the extra support of a group setting where ideas and encouragement can be exchanged, allowing you to enjoy the feeling of community and connection with others on a daily basis.
You will receive support every day over 28 days in the form of short videos, audios and reflective practices, to be utilised in the best way for you. Your commitment is just 10 to 30 minutes a day with complete flexibility in your timetable as you are able to integrate each days learning into your daily life.
